Top communicator, experienced, approachable, understanding, so easy to work with!

I was so unsure about entering this process.Katrina gave me the reassurance and confidence in her ability to achieve a sale! The results were professional and prompt! She was so approachable. She communicated every step of movement in the sale process and followed up loose ends and navigated tenants needs during the sale process. I never had a concern and I felt like I was her number one priority!

Katrina rode the highs and lows of our journey with us

Katrina’s welcoming and positive attitude to selling our home was obvious from the moment we met. Her commitment, confidence and communication at all stages of our journey was evident. The process of our marketing strategy to sale price to open homes and finally a cash buyer was exceptional, professional and enable us to look forward to the next adventure for us. I would choose Arkley & Co again

Excellent Service!

Having a few rental properties with different agencies both in TAS and the mainland it is without exaggeration when I compare various rental agents to say that Taylor from Arkley and Co is highly efficient, knowledgeable, approachable and is definitely worthy of praise. Would highly recommend to any other landlords looking for a new rental agency or changing from their old one. Taylor is definitely my go to girl!
